Sugar Cookie Latte Syrup

Starbucks specialty lattes don’t last forever, but they’re actually SO easy to make yourself at home. If you’re looking for that sweet, sweet sugar cookie latte year-round, I got you. Let’s get right to the point…

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp almond

Directions:

  1. Add white sugar to medium-low heat, stirring frequently

  2. Add water and stir until sugar is dissolved

  3. Add brown sugar and dissolve

  4. Add vanilla + almond, let it simmer for about a minute

  5. Transfer to a jar + store in the fridge for about a week!

    • This recipe makes about 5 servings (with 2tbsp servings), depending on how much syrup you like to use!

How to Use It:

On my Insta I created a reel to showcase this yummy syrup to make my own sugar cookie iced latte:

  1. Freeze leftover coffee to make coffee cubes

  2. Add ~1tbsp white chocolate sauce

  3. Add 2tbsp sugar cookie syrup (above)

  4. Add coffee or espresso

  5. Add milk of choice

Look. At. Those. Swirls.
