Creating Monthly Intentions instead of goal setting

While setting goals can be a great way to achieve results, there can often be a lot of guilt and pressure of completing these goals. Instead of focusing on "what" I want to change, I’ve been setting intentions which has allowed me to focus on the "why" behind my goals to give flexibility in "how" I reach them.
